America’s Fate in Eastern Orthodox Prophecy

Part 1 of 2

Recently, a strange genre of prophecy has exploded across the internet.

Eastern Orthodox monks — many of them obscure Athonite elders — are being quoted on X and YouTube predicting a coming global war, the destruction of Turkey, the fall of America, and the return of Constantinople to Christian rule.

Last week, in an effort to avoid adding to everyone’s “Iran fatigue,” I felt compelled to instead share some of the prophecies of an Eastern Orthodox monk who was entrusted with visions of what would happen with the Middle East region amidst a big regional war. I had been sitting on that story for at least a year, but the attack on Iran seemed a timely moment to share it.

This week, there are even more discussions about the Eastern Orthodox prophecies of that region and beyond. I’ve been seeing this topic pop up on X and YouTube. And why wouldn’t we see this kind of conversation? The EO community is gaining prominence in the public spaces, and here in 2026, we are watching regional religio-political things happening that appear to be fulfilling what their seers warned about. So, of course people will be learning about more Eastern Orthodox prophecies regarding this Israel-Iran War.

So with that, I will tell you that there are more prophecies, of course. (I only shared a few last Tuesday.) And there are even some alleged revelations about America, in particular, which I will share today.

Why Mention Eastern Orthodox Prophecy?

My purpose for sharing this is several-fold, so please pay attention. Firstly, I am only personally dogmatic about Catholic prophecy. I place a lot of stock in Fatima, La Salette, Jahenny, Akita, and the like. In fact, Catholic prophecy is a part of why I converted to the Church in the first place. But Eastern Orthodox prophecy—I take it with a grain of salt. I am not an Eastern Orthodox Christian, so I would say I put such visions on the same level as either Mother Shipton or even below that. (And I don’t say this to be disrespectful; it is simply what I believe.)

But the fact is this: there is a regional war of choice going on over there, and it is religious in its nature. The anti-Christian Jews are attacking the Iranian Muslims. They have killed the “pope” of Shia Islam and his family.

I am hearing rumors that that the Sunni Muslims are finding common cause with their Shia adversaries, and Islam as a whole might be uniting. After all, these Sunni Muslims are becoming highly agitated and enraged as they take the punishments dealt out by their Shia enemies, due to the Gulf States giving quarter to US military bases.

Meanwhile, the Eastern Orthodox have a stake in what happens there as well as the Armenian Christians. And the Satanic, billionaire, “Jeffrey Epstein” American presence is there to be Israel’s broom. It is a war of naked imperialism of the worst kind. And every power over there—including our Rapture-minded Zionist American zealots—are completely fueled with eschatological fantasies.

Therefore, I would say that knowing some Eastern Orthodox prophecy might be wise for the handful of faithful Catholic intellectuals who are interested in more cultural context.

More than that, however, there are two important questions we will be left with after looking at some of this prophecy about America that I am about to share. The two questions are these: #1 If these prophecies about America are true, then what is God doing with the Eastern Orthodox to trust them with prophecy in this manner? #2 If these prophecies are just fantasies, what does it say about how the Eastern Orthodox view the Catholics?

So let’s examine what these Eastern Orthodox seers claim will happen to the United States.
